Box office will-call opens one hour prior to show if the box office is not currently open.

RESTROOMS:

All NBPAC restrooms are fully accessible by wheelchair. We offer both multi-stall and private single-stall restrooms on both levels of our theater.

 

LIMITED MOBILITY:

Patrons and guests with limited mobility may be dropped off in our 15-minute loading zone in front of NBPAC, allowing access to all public spaces. In addition to a large and barrier-free main lobby, our elevator provides full access to the second-floor lobby and balconies. Along with fully accessible public and backstage spaces, NBPAC features two theaters that are also fully accessible to patrons in the orchestra and balcony levels with a variety of seating. Our theaters provide options for patrons who prefer to remain in their wheelchair, and options for those who wish to transfer.

BLIND or VISION LOSS:

Braille signage is available throughout NBPAC, including but not limited to restrooms, theaters, rehearsal spaces, and all emergency stairwell exits.

 

 

SERVICE ANIMALS:

We are happy to welcome your service animal to NBPAC.

 

HEARING ASSISTANCE:

NBPAC offers wireless radio frequency Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) for both theaters. We provide comfortable headphones free of charge, though we also welcome patrons to bring their own. Hearing aids with T-coil technology can be synched to our system for the best sound quality.

ACCESS PARKING:

The New Brunswick Performing Arts Center does not own a parking facility. Public accessible parking is available on Livingston Avenue, approximately 60 feet from NBPAC. General metered parking is also available within 100 feet of NBPAC, please note that all street parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Patrons and guests with limited mobility may be dropped off in our loading zone in front of our building, allowing access to all public spaces. Additional accessible spots are located in the NBPAC Parking Deck. Please allow extra time for parking when attending the show. Visit the NBPA parking locator here.
